The Coming of Xia

Xia is coming! Welcome the new leader! After the exposure of the old democracy, actor group Wunderbaum started an alternative society: The New Forest.

During a ceremony of Olympic proportions, the new authority is welcomed: Xia, a Chinese girl. During the inauguration, Xia’s most loyal followers are being tossed back and forth between hope and fear, loyalty and betrayal, good intentions and secret intentions.

The Coming of Xia is a sensual summer performance with the best view in town. Prepare yourself for an exuberant satirical spectacle, in which subjects such as the crisis and democracy are presented with a generous portion of self-mockery.
