For 25 years, Wunderbaum has been creating performances about urgent socio-political issues, bringing together social engagement, humour, boldly drawn characters, and music in a dynamic mix. We work both nationally and internationally, actively seeking collaboration with artists, thinkers, and people from outside the theatre world. We perform in both traditional theatre venues and extraordinary locations. Rotterdam is our home city. From there, our productions travel the world, while we bring performances, ideas, and encounters from elsewhere back to the city.
To continue realising our artistic freedom and social commitment, support from funds, partners, and private donors is essential. Individuals can contribute in two ways: by making a donation or by becoming part of the Giving Circle.

This June, we will celebrate 25 years of Wunderbaum with a revival of our favourite show, BULK, in the Port of Rotterdam. Our budget is not yet sufficient to fully equip this unique location.
That is why we are seeking donors. Our goal is to raise €25,000 to cover the rental of seating stands, lighting, and sound.
What can your donation make possible?

GIVING CIRCLE
Become part of the Giving Circle.
Members of the Giving Circle play a special role in making our plans possible. Together, they form an enthusiastic community that makes a real difference through their commitment, networks, and financial support.
We ask for a contribution of €2,500 per year for five years.
As a member of the Giving Circle, you gain insight into our creative process.
Twice a year, you are invited to an exclusive open rehearsal, followed by a conversation with the makers.
Once a year, we gather for a dinner where we share our new plans and themes, and discuss them together.
You are not a distant sponsor, but an integral part of our journey.
TAX BENEFITS
Wunderbaum has cultural ANBI status (a Dutch public benefit organisation designation). Donations to organisations with cultural ANBI status may be 125% tax-deductible from your taxable income, in accordance with Dutch tax regulations.
